Anna Nedbaylova is a venture and private markets operator focused on unlocking access to the innovation economy. With decades of experience across financial services, operations, and M&A, she has built her career on turning complex investment mechanics into scalable, investor-ready infrastructure — the kind that improves governance, reduces friction, and strengthens investor confidence.

Anna co-founded FundBase Group, an institutional-grade platform that supports investment managers across the fund lifecycle — from formation and compliance to onboarding, administration, and reporting. Building on that operating foundation, she is now launching FB Ventures, a platform designed to open the doors to venture capital and startup investing in Australia.

FB Ventures is built around a simple idea: VC shouldn’t be hard to access or hard to understand. Through modern fund structures (starting with a diversified VC Fund-of-Funds), practical education, and a connected community, Anna is helping more investors participate with clarity — and helping the ecosystem scale with higher-quality infrastructure behind it.
